Programme Plus is a 12-month programme, but the first 30 days are covered by a fit guarantee. If the client completes onboarding, attends the first coaching session and genuinely feels the programme is not right for them, they can leave with no further payments due.
If the client fully commits to the first 90 days, attends coaching, completes check-ins and takes the agreed actions, but does not feel they have gained greater clarity, confidence and control over the bottleneck being addressed, Luke will personally complete an additional Sales Control Review and produce a further 30-day implementation plan at no additional cost.
